Payroll Coordinator - Part Time Role

Are you ready to scale back and work a flexible, part time position?  If so, let us know!  Currently, Aurora seeks to hire a part-time, hourly Payroll Coordinator 10-15 hours/week.

 

Reports To:         Senior Accounting Manager

 

Position Summary: 

The Payroll Coordinator under general supervision, prepares payroll input and assists in preparing payroll checks using ADP WFN and eTime.  Calculates earnings and enters withholdings and other deductions.  Posts payroll records and assists in the preparation of reports such as vacation time, sick leave, and absenteeism.   

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter, review, and process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now (WFN) using eTime. 

  • Track using Excel various data such as vacation, sick time, personal leave, and absences.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with ADP Work Force Now (WFN) and eTime products absolutely required.

  • 3-5 years of previous payroll experience

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Associates degree in business is helpful

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

  • Expert attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management skills.
