This Bystander Intervention course is one of the most effective ways to empower our employees to intervene to prevent harassment or discrimination in the workplace. We will focus on our power to prevent harassment with the 4D’s – delegate, distract, direct, and delay. By the end of the training, you will be empowered to move from bystander to upstander to take positive action in the face of harassment or discrimination.
